By commissioning me you agree to the following terms. These may be updated at any time, so even if you think you know the TOS, please be sure to reread in case I've changed any or all of these entries.
You'll have to give me all of what I'm owed before I start. Prices are listed in usd, and refunds are not available unless you have genuine financial troubles and need the money to survive. Paying me for a comission and then realizing you're short on money for a t-shirt is NOT financial troubles.
I'll give u a sketch for any item that isn't just a sketch before proceeding. I'll then complete whats asked of me in as timely of a manner as I can manage. If your commission is just a sketch, you are allowed to ask for up to two revisions before I simply send you the art and consider the request fulfilled.
You may use my art that you commissioned for any purpose that you like, commercial or not. As long as it has nothing to do with anything involving hate speech of any kind, breaking the law, or generative AI practices, you're golden.
I try not to take too long on art that I owe, and try to be as transparent as possible when I can. I am only human, and things can come up or I may simply forget. Don't be afraid to give me friendly reminders every once in a while just to make sure I'm not dead!! I promise I won't ignore you on purpose!!
I'll draw basically anything that isnt pedo/necrophilia (including gore, woundfucking, or any kind of bloodplay), feral, any kind of muscle related content, or beastiality. While I'm not into everything under the sun, I also like to respect and acknowledge others kinks/fetishes. Though, if it's something I'm unfamiliar with, depending on what it is I may ask for either more time or for a little extra cash for my efforts. Either way, don't be afraid to ask if I'm comfortable drawing something! I'll always be honest about it and try to accomodate if I can't/won't draw something specific.
